I spent four years in court being extorted by an NSA employee that used his hacking ability against me to gain advantage in a civil action. Be warned, this is 100 times worse than the LOVNIT program exposed in 2012. The court docket was hacked, pleadings removed, etc., etc.

I commanded an Information Warfare unit in the Air Force before I retired and became a lawyer. I also studied part-time at the National War College in the area of cyberwarfare.Frankly, if you have the budget, I would recommend trying to steal someone with that background from one of the services...hit a service-sponsored job fair to get one of these highly trained personal to help you. My $0.02 worth.
